ETAL’s monthly “Coffee House” get together will be Monday, July 2nd, 6pm-‘til at the Arts Center. Doors will open at 5:30 with a business meeting for members. Admission is free and the pubic is invited. Bring your music, poetry, book, and a favorite dish and join the fun.

ETAL June "Coffee House" Gathering

The ETAL June “Coffee House” gathering will be held Monday, June 4th beginning at 6 pm at the East Texas Regional Arts Center, 364 N Austin, Jasper. A brief business meeting will take place at 5:30 pm for members. Bring your music, poetry, books, etc. as well as your favorite dish and join the fun. It is free and open to the public young and old.

Jerry Craven's Book Signing

Jerry Craven’s book signing will be held at the Arts Center, Saturday, May 19th, 4-6 pm. Jerry recently published "Saving a Songbird". Come visit with Jerry and his wife Sherry and bring a friend. Admission is free.

Opening Reception For "Joyce Renfro: Painting East Texas" Exhibit

The opening reception for the exhibit “Joyce Renfro: Painting East Texas” will be held Saturday, March 10th from 2pm - 4pm at the East Texas Regional Arts Center in Jasper, Texas. The exhibit will run through April 7th.
Joyce is a native East Texan and has owned and operated Renfro’s Art and Gift Shop in Zavalla, Texas for many years. Working in oils she has followed the rule of “painting what is around you”. Her interpretations of East Texas have caught the attention of many collectors and judges, especially her award winning pitcher plant series.
The Arts Center is located at 364 N Austin, Jasper, Texas; open Wednesday-Friday 10am-4pm and Saturday 10am-2pm. Admission is free and the public is invited. For more information call 409-384-2404 or 409-489-9460.
