Opening Reception for the "Danny and Janet Clements:Abtract and Figurative" Exhibit
The opening reception for the “Danny and Janet Clements: Abstract and Figurative” exhibit will be held Saturday, October 8, 2011 at the East Texas Regional Arts Center, Jasper, TX from 2pm-4pm. It will run through November 12, 2011.
The Chester, TX husband and wife team will display both 2 and 3 dimensional works ranging from total abstract to representational figurative. The East Texas Art League is proud to present this collection of work by these two excellant East Texas regional artists.
The East Texas Art League owns and operates the Arts Center. The Center is located at 364 N Austin and hours are Wed-Fri 10am-4pm, Sat. 10am-2pm. The public is invited and admission is free. Please call 409-384-2404 or 409-489-9460 for more information.

ETAL September Monthly Meeting
Remember ETAL Monthly Meeting: Monday September 12th, 6pm
The September monthly meeting will be held Monday, September 12th, 6 pm at the Arts Center. The program will be a preview of the 1st annual “Christmas in the Park” community event sponsored by the City. This event will take place Saturday, November 26th from 11am -7pm at the City Park. The East Texas Art League has committed to painting “Holiday Photo Boards”. Bring your paint brushes and wear painting clothes so we can begin this project. Bring your favorite dish and socialize-work with an enjoyable group of people.

ETAL’s First 3-D Exhibit Will Open August 6, 2011
The East Texas Regional Arts Center in Jasper, TX will open its first 3 dimensional only exhibit Saturday, August 6, 2011 with a reception at the Center from 2pm-4pm. This exhibit is open to all artists but only 3 dimensional works will be accepted. Entry fees apply.
