2019 Spring Open

The East Texas Regional Arts Center in Jasper, TX will open the “2019 Spring Open Exhibition” Saturday, April 06, 2019 2pm-4pm at the Arts Center. The exhibit will feature works by local and regional artists in various styles, subjects, and media. “Open” means leaving the artists as much creative space as possible.
